THE BIRTHDAY GIRL

  Don't get confused with the title, It isn't my birthday today. Actually my birthday was on 7th of april but for some reasons, I couldn't celebrate it with my friends as the date kept postponing. So, yesterday, we finally met up and i celebrated my birthday with my friends. It was fun, actually it is always fun with these people. I took them to this awesome place called Gokarna Forest Golf resort which is also the biggest resort of the country. We started the day with swimming followed by foods and we also tried our hands on golf and finished it with some more foods. Yea we eat a lot, we eat like a pig. All in all, it was a very memorable one. I am going to post about it in my other post but for now, here is the outfit of the day that i wore.
   The whole outfit was put together on this beautiful off shoulder geometric printed chiffon shirt that i got from PERSUNMALL. You should definitely check them out.  I opted to wear this mint colored maxi skirt that had slit at one side, which i think complimented my shirt perfectly and finished it with nude heel to give all emphasize on the outfit. HAPPY NEW YEAR 2071

  Today is nepali new year and i would like to wish all my readers a very very happy new year. May this year bring a lot of happiness, health,wealth and prosperity in everyone's life.  In this coming year enjoy every single moment, the good, bad, beautiful, ugly, inspiring, the not-so--glamorous moments and thank god through it all because small memories like those combines to become a great learning, and makes your life beautiful and worth living. To accomplish great things, we must not only act but also dream, not only plan but also believe so believe in yourself above all and no one can do any harm to you because even if people try to bring you down, it will not affect you coz you believe in yourself. Above all i urge all my readers to focus on yourself from this year ahead rather than others, like talking about what someone is doing, what he or she is or what they want to do. Focus on yourself and lead a better life. Once again happy new year 2071 to all the nepalese and let's pray together for the better and safer country in the future.
    So yesterday, there was plenty parties and celebrations happening around k-town and i am sure everyone had pretty difficult time choosing where to go and some people even went to various place. I went to Navyaata fashion party that was held in 1905 about which i will write in detail in my next post. This is the dress i chose to wear for the programme, a red slit gown with lace details. It is the most beautiful piece of clothing that i own period. I got this beauty from the favourite shopping destination PERSUNMALL. And trust me this particular dress can make anyone look and feel special. So, there are no doubt on which dress i would be wearing that day.

FUN

Hello,

 As i said in my last post, I will be back with the "FUN" part of the day as the previous post was only the OOTD part. Well, the place was amazing, the first ever infinity pool of our country. As they say, it is not the place but the people you are with that makes the real difference and in my case that day, we had both awesome place and awesome people. After i posted these pictures on my facebook and instagram, i got like tons of questions asking where the place was and the rate and so on and so forth. If only i could show all those inquiries to the owner(who i know) of the place to get a free swimming next time for unknowingly advertising the place LOL. And it was not only inquiries, there were people present there soon after that inquiries.

WELCOMING SPRING 2014

   YEA!!  I'm done with my exams and now i am free as a  bird (for some time being). And to celebrate my freedom and to welcome spring, I (along with my besties) went for swimming to this awesome place newly opened in town. Ever since i saw the picture of that place, I had made up my mind that i had to go there.  The place was perfect for some quality time with friends.
   I wore this lovely asymmetrical dress that day. What better way to welcome spring than bright coloured dresses right? Whenever i go for a swim, I always stick to bright coloured, flowy silhouette outfits. And this lovely dress from FRONTROWSHOP was perfect for the occasion. I simply love the color, texture, silhouette of the dress.

I wanted my accessories to scream "spring" so i accessorised this dress with colourful layered beaded neckpiece, big bangle, wedge slippers and my favourite mercurial aviators. This shade is my favourite one out of all the other i own for now. I've been looking for mercurial aviators since last summer and thankfully, the hunt is over.
